📋 How to Obtain & Submit Bid Documents
Obtain documents Request a PRN from the Revenue Office. Pay UGX 50,000 via iRAS (non-refundable), then collect documents from the PDU.
Special Interest Groups Women, Youth & PWDs qualifying under Cat. 2 receive documents free of charge from the PDU.
Submit sealed bids Deliver in sealed envelopes to the Procurement & Disposal Unit before 11:00 AM, 25 June 2026. Late bids will be rejected.
Bid opening Bids opened same day at 11:30 AM in the Council Boardroom. Bidders and representatives welcome to attend.
