Regional Development Programme-aims to accelerate equitable regional economic growth and development.

Regional Development is one of the 20 programmes of the NDPIII, and, it’s crosscutting. It, therefore, operationalises all the five NDPIII objectives which include; Enhance value addition in key growth opportunities; Consolidate and increase the stock and quality of productive infrastructure; Enhance the productivity and social wellbeing of the population, and Strengthen the role of the state in guiding and facilitating development.
